Upon entering the Michael Horne Center for Plastic Surgery, I was greeted by a cozy, welcoming atmosphere with comfortable sofas, pillows, and magazine articles featuring background on Dr. Horn. After a brief wait, Maddie, the office manager, warmly escorted me to a private and equally comfortable consultation room.
