I've been a long time massage envy member and get a monthly massage. The value is great for the cost especially if you can find a good therapist. I was lucky enough to find a great one in Lara! She focuses on what my body needs and has an amazing ability to know my trouble spots even if I don't tell her. That's a gift not all therapists have!
