Eliza and Laura are excellent front desk attendants. They are friendly, caring, and listen to you, which is what matters the most. Eliza really went above and beyond helping me book the therapists that work best with my back issues for the next year. She even gave me a print out! Concerning the massage therapists, the ones that I book my appointments with are caring, great listeners, top notch with their hands, and very effective overall. The rest of the therapist may be great too depending on the reason for your massage and each individual preferences. It’s a matter of finding the best match(es).

kim is the most caring and professional massage therapist - as always, and even more so as i cane in with s back issue she did everything possible to make me feel better and increase mobility - she is so knowledgeable in her field - my visits with her are always so positive

Mauricio the massage technician was amazing as always. Listened, adapted to pressure as needed and was punctual with our time. The front desk service has been extremely lacking especially on the phone. There has been a noticeable decrease in professionalism and customer service!
