So I visited today and did the Hypnopuncture for Clarity and Grounding. It was such an amazing experience! Johanna, who is the acupuncturist was awesome and very knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail prior to start which made me feel confident in her technique. Natalie, the hypnotherapist was also amazing. She was very intuitive, helped me relax in no time and when unforeseen distractions arose, she used them in in her hypnosis. For example, in silenced my phone before going in and for some reason, it still rang during the session. She was able to quickly adjust and use it as an unintended tool. Also, the place is gorgeous! The decor is so calming and Inviting. Everything was perfect and I will definitely be back soon!
