DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT!!! The absolute worst customer service I have personally experienced. I have made numerous calls to cancel my service, and they "create tickets" and promise a call back. No calls back, and I've just been charged again.
Update: After leaving the above review, I was contacted by someone at the company, the problem was resolved, and I was refunded one month of service. While it could have ended sooner, they did try to make things right. I appreciate the effort made.

Great customer service and really helped the firm I work at with improving our conversion metrics. My account manager has been super helpful! Really happy I chose to go with them over the other cheaper alternative we were looking at. The uncapped contacts came in handy because our increased marketing efforts did exactly what we wanted and we would have blown through the 1000 contact limit in a few weeks that the other company had.Onboarding was quick and painless, they asked for what we wanted and we gave it to them.
