I was so upset when I found out my family's beautiful wood desk had termites. I called another company that told me the most they could do is spray some killer on the desk. Tried it and the termites came back. IPM took my desk to a fumigation chamber and I haven't seen a termite since! Mr. Guzy was very nice and took the time to explain everything to me.
