I found Roy through Google search and was surprised to find his little shop upstairs behind a buzz in door above a bustling NY diamond district type establishment. Being my first time, I didn't know what to expect. I was bringing three 30-year-old or older Seiko watches to get looked at and hopefully get fixed or get batteries put in. When I got there I was the only one and they immediately took my watches and Roy looked at them and before I knew it, he came to the counter and he had already put in the batteries for two of them. I waited a week before leaving a review to make sure that I was ? correct…..What this amazing Craftsman did for me was absolutely incredible and super duper super honest man…..I took a watch that was over 20 years old and he fixed it under 1 hour……My watch had been at a very large popular place for months and I was being bled for money for repairs…….Mr. Geddes, the owner of International Watch, knew exactly what was wrong, repaired it immediately and verified its functionality….Thank you so much and I will be returning with another watch that is also 20 years old for repairThank you again

Took my 30+ year old Rolex submariner to Roy for repair and apparently it was a main spring only, and although it took a few months to repair due to parts, he did an outstanding job and polished it, and the bracelet came out looking like brand new. Roy has over 30 years experience with Rolex and did a very professional job. Will highly recommend! Although I hope I don’t have to, I would definitely return, my Rolex will keep on ticking now. Thanks, Roy!
