Mr Gore, has provided excellent service for my loan refi. He has kept me up to date with all information as my loan has progressed. Furthermore in those typical moments of silence as you are waiting for your loan to go through during COVID times and wondering what is the status of your loan is , Chris has been the exception as he has called me to let me know that things are moving forward with my loan on a weekly basis. I see a great deal of people on my job who also have been going through this very thing,and typical complaints are that it now takes so long to refi and you are not kept in the loop often enough.
