I went to Karl Calkin at integrity roofing after the repairs he did on my old roof lasted 15 + years. It’s time now for a new roof and He guided me thru the process and removed the old roof totally waterproofed and covered the existing roof as I wait for my new metal roof . An important side note 2 days after the initial installation tropical storm Debby rolled in and provided buckets of rain . Even without the finally install of the metal roof everything stayed bone dry . That’s an endorsement to me !
