“The first time I used this cleaning service I definitely gave it a 10 of 10. The second time around, not very happy. I was not happy with the fact that extra people were brought to my house without fore warning.
Some areas of my house that was cleaned were cleaner than others. Some areas such as bathroom counters did not look touched. The downstairs bathroom, daughter did awesome job!

Kimberly and her team came out, gave me an estimate and was very informative. I told her i'd be in touch and two months later I reached out again to have her do the work.She came back, took them down and cleaned them thoroughly. I happened to be away and the front desk let them in prior to my return. I entered the condo to what I can only say is like having new blinds in my unit. I am so impressed with the way they look and how easy it was, I can't help but recommend them.“

“I hired Bubble Sparkle for a recent move in cleaning at my condo and they did an excellent job! Mildred left the place absolutely spotless and gave special attention to all the problem areas I needed cleaned. We were so pleased with the service that we booked a second move out cleaning at our old address. They were kind enough to offer us a repeat customer discount. The second service with Isadora and her team wasn’t as thorough as the first cleaning and it was hard to communicate with her. Some things were missed during the service and it was hard to tell what was actually included until I saw the breakdown in my final receipt. They also changed my appointment time twice - once for bad weather (totally understandable) and the second time day-of without communicating to me (not as understandable), which is why I give 4 instead of 5 stars. Pricing is a little high but overall I was satisfied and would recommend. Thanks!“
