Hercules, through supervisor Mark, brought me the replacement tiles today. The office manager, Hellen, called me yesterday. We had a conversation in harmony. She apologized for the previous conversation.

after long wait, Hercules finished the job of replacing our roof. Unfortunately, during the inspection of the new roof, his workers broke newly installed tiles. We had the most amazing experience working with everyone at Hercules Roofing. Helen was patient, kind and passionate about everything she does. Mark was amazing as well! Always helpful, professional and efficient. My Mom got a new roof from them and her experience was exactly the same as mine. Just amazing especially in today’s roofing culture.
