The team here and my experience has been great, very knowledgeable. I suffer from shin splints and tight calf’s and they prescribed a plan that has allowed me to continue with high training loads for my Ironman races.
I totally recommend Moniti for massages. He is very professional and do good work on deep tissue massages. I use his services before races and after hard training days and he is very good. Once you tell him what is bothering and how deep you want him to get on the massages he does the rest.
I also tried Dr Gage shockwave on my tibia as a one time service and I recommend people to use this technology in the office as it’s an effective method of recovery
