“My daughter has been a member of Hair Club for kids since she was diagnosed with Alopecia at 8 years old. Hair loss is traumatic enough an experience but, Hair club has blessed us and eased that burden tremendously. She receives excellent care and attention from stylists in our local office (Tysons Corner) and recently, we had some confusion due to staff changes. I took it up with the corporate office and our issue was remedied faster than I can cook dinner! Erin, Barbara and the team worked through the issue with my local branch and came back to me with a wonderful resolution that meets everyones needs! My daughter will age out of this program in the near future but truly, the corporate customer service from these ladies is what sets the bar.
