I give my consultation 5 starts. My rep was very nice and informative. I even got to speak with the Dr’s assistant. I chose to go with the Dr at Bosley and I will definitely leave a review after the procedure.
My daughter has been a member of Hair Club for kids since she was diagnosed with Alopecia at 8 years old. Hair loss is traumatic enough an experience but, Hair club has blessed us and eased that burden tremendously. She receives excellent care and attention from stylists in our local office (Tysons Corner) and recently, we had some confusion due to staff changes. I took it up with the corporate office and our issue was remedied faster than I can cook dinner! Erin, Barbara and the team worked through the issue with my local branch and came back to me with a wonderful resolution that meets everyones needs! Barbara and Erin, took great care and Barbara's follow up with us, made everything so much nicer and easier for us. My daughter will age out of this program in the near future but truly, the corporate customer service from these ladies is what sets the bar. Beyond friendly and helpful, they were interested in her story and how we got to where we are. Clearly, they care about every customer, and their face on the company definitely shows their level of concern. They have my undying gratitude.
I have been a member for a few years, since I transferred over from a company they bought out. I stuck with them through covid , no services for over 2 months, stuck through the hair shortages and after all this…. They decided it was a good time to raise prices by over 60%. No warning or heads up. Just thst for you current service we are gonna raise prices, you could choose to get less pieces and this rate is still way more then we currently paid. My advice would be to find a way to do it yourself , cause once they got you as a customer it doesn’t seem they care. It’s a shame because if they treated you right They would have a customer for life- I mean you gonna go. So where are we gonna go!?
