Working with Gutterman's Funeral Home was an exceptional experience during a difficult time. Dennis and Kevin provided caring and supportive service, guiding us through the entire process from beginning to end. Their nurturing approach and attention to detail were truly appreciated. This is not a review of their memorial services, but I would like to credit them with high grades for integrity. My father died in 2019 and we had all forgotten that he made premade funeral arrangements in Boca with them in 1986. Gutterman/Warheit became aware of this in in 2023 and contacted me so that they could send us a refund of his ( never used ) prepayment, which I have now received. That's the other end of the spectrum from mall gift cards that "expire" after a year!
Christine at Gutterman made a difficult situation more bearable. Her kindness extends beyond her empathetic words, she also guided us through the practical aspects of dealing with our unexpected loss. She took time to explain everything, more than once, because it was a difficult time for us, and she made sure to let us know every time, that Gutterman's was there for us and that for any reason, we could call and she would help.
