We are very picky, so it took us a long time to find the perfect house, and we couldn't have done it without the help of Rod and Barbara. They had unbelievable patience and gave us great advice during out search. Barbara took the time to help us understand all the in's and out's of buying a home, and Rod showed us properties. He really knew all the details behind each house and the neighborhoods. Once we did find our home, he literally walked us through the closing and ensured that the builder addressed any issues. We couldn't be happier, and we're glad that we didn't settle. Thanks so much to the Grand Floridian team!
