I recently visited Gramercy Hair Salon, I had the pleasure of meeting Melanie, the receptionist. Melanie patiently walked me through the salon’s range of services, detailing each treatment and its benefits. Her knowledge about the products available for purchase was extensive. I’ll definitely be returning for future appointments, knowing that I will receive the same excellent service.
Speaking on behalf of my daughter, Melanie, the receptionist I believe, was incredibly kind of sincere to my little one making her experience 100 times better than it would have been other wise. My daughter is typically nervous walking into salons, let alone any environment. When I picked her up she told me Melanie was very polite in greeting her entrance and made sure she was satisfied with her visit in any way she could. Sounded like such a kind soul and I will now be going in for a visit myself! THANKS MELANIE :)
Athena made ME feel like the goddess ☺️ She did everything just how I love it and she was super sweet to chat with while she’s working! 10/10 will go back and highly recommend!!!
