Dr Gerry treated me for an injury to my knee. I was skeptical at first. I mean treatment for knee discomfort and pain without meds, needles or surgery, must be witchcraft. I was wrong. And, it only took 3 visits for him to get me 80% recovered. The rest I can do on my own. That's what he does. If your willing to be in tune to the therapy and do the exercise(s) he prescribes for you, it works. I no longer have to see him as I have learned how to treat myself. I can finish up this treatment on my own. He is not about making you come back again and again. He teaches you how to treat your injury by yourself. I recently completed 5 weeks of physical therapy with Gerry Stern at Boca Raton Physical Therapy. I was originally scheduled to have surgery for spinal stenosis. My insurance company required that I go through a course of physical therapy before they would approve the surgery. I was skeptical as to getting any benefit from the PT since I had been through the process many times prior to my past surgeries. Both Mary and Gerry are very knowledgeable and professional and caring Physical Therapists. The level of care is outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy services.
