This gym is awesome. I’m in my 50s and usually not a fan of working out but I started training 1.5 years ago here with Michael Hall and I’ve lost 20 pounds and feel better than ever. All the trainers are super nice and when you come in it feels like home. Not intimidating like some gyms can be. They’ve pushed me to do more than I’d ever expect I could do. Also, it always smells nice!
