Dr & staff was friendly & caring. Appointment wasn’t rushed, everything was explained thoroughly, thankfully everything is good with my baby. My appointment was for 12:40, I called around 11:57 to advise I was going to be a little late due to traffic & coming from Loxahatchee to Boca. Call was answered at 11:58, I was in the middle of explaining & got hung up on 12:00, when I called back got “we are on lunch please call back during normal work hours” message. Once arrived, receptionist was not welcoming, looked bothered to do her job & seeing other reviews it’s probably the same person. Thankfully the staff that roomed us made up for that. I’m so glad we found Dr. Freidman. We’ve been seeing him since my daughter was about 2. We recently had an eye procedure done and I was confident we were in good hands. He’s the best.
Dr. Friedman is the best. I went to 3 doctors before him and none of them were able to detect the problem in my daughter's eye. He is very patient and thorough with his patients. A+++
