After wanting to do this for YEARS and researching surgeons all over Chicago, I somehow found Dr. Farber at 5th Ave Plastic Surgery in Florida… and after following his work for over a year, I finally booked a consult. The second I met him, I was sold.

Dr. Farber is incredibly knowledgeable, meticulous, honest, and genuinely talented at what he does. What I appreciated most is that he didn’t just agree to whatever I initially thought I wanted. I went in convinced I wanted Motiva Round implants, and instead he confidently explained why Motiva Ergonomix would be a much better fit for my body and desired outcome. He was absolutely right.

I officially have my “Farber” dream boobs!! I truly haven’t come across a surgeon as precise and meticulous as Dr Farber. He is the only surgeon that will ever do my breasts.
During my consultation and pre-op, I asked him to guide me on what HE thought would suit me best in terms of implant shape, sizing and placement. All 3 that he suggested were not what I had originally in mind at all, but I trusted his opinion and expertise because his breast aesthetic is top tier.
It’s very clear and plain to see how his work stands apart from others. He has a level of precision and consistency that is hard to miss.
