There was a minor scheduling conflict when I first made this appt. I needed to reschedule. Just circumstance. To make sure everything was ok, the owner of this company, Benjamin, called me personally to set up a day and time that worked for me. Matthew was the rep that was assigned and he couldn’t have been more professional. Everything was explained and the cost was extremely fair for the job. I’ll be using Express going forward.

Tim came to service my system the same day I called him. The unit is on the roof. It just needed new rubber pads to absorb vibration noise. This was my second time using his service. Good guy.
