First time in EWC for laser treatment. Vanelys was my laser technician and she was super sweet and knowledgeable. She explained me everything really well, and make me feel good. Also, the staff were really nice. Definitely I recommend the laser treatment with Vanelys.
I tried to book a wax service over the phone but was redirected to a virtual assistant via text, which led to a few issues. I would prefer booking through a live representative. This was my first visit to this location. It was conveniently situated right across the street from where I was initially headed, making it easy to find. Vicki at the front desk was fantastic--she made the booking process smooth and provided exceptional service. Jhaneal, the wax technician, was highly professional and pleasant to talk with. Overall, the service quality and atmosphere were outstanding, a solid 10/10!
