Hidden gem inside a busy gym this pilates apparatus studio offers lessons to all levels and injuries. All feel welcome. The teacher gifts us with life coaching tips as you work your core. Students leave uplifted in many ways. This place is fabulous.
The BEST Pilates classes in town. I love that Dorene adds all sorts of strength and stretching components in with traditional reformer Pilates so you really get a killer workout! If I could give her and her studio 10 stars, I would!!
I have a bad back and have tried many personal trainers in our town, all had no care or knowledge of how keep my body safe. I have been going to Doreen for over a year and Pilates has changed my body and made me so strong , the class is amazing and so is Doreen. Love this place !
