I booked a half leg wax online with Julianny. The appointment began right on time and her studio is very clean and neat. Her soft wax was the perfect temperature and she removed all the hair from my legs, checking afterwards to make sure she had done a good job. She also applied a wax removal and skin smoothing product afterwards leaving my skin soft and wax-free. She is fast but thorough. I was in and out quickly, giving me time to continue my day! Had there been an option to quadruple the 5 stars I most certainly would. I have been a client for 7 years and always received nothing short of exceptional service. Owner Julianny ensures your satisfaction is guaranteed through not only friendly atmosphere but utilizing top grade products. Though I relocated I still travel to Cuptails, no other establishment is worth my efforts. Thank you!!
