Ben the owner was so kind and helpful. He’s super informative and knows his stuff. The turnaround time was fairly quick from consultation to installation. An entire team of workers came on installation day. They covered all of my furniture and protected my floors. They worked very rapidly and professionally. They got it all done in one day much to my surprise. When they were done installing the windows they cleaned up after themselves and even swept and mopped my floors. I was so impressed. Hi Ben I wanted to pass along directly to you our thanks for an amazing installation experience for our new windows on April 16, 2019! First let me say that you have an amazing office staff! I interfaced mostly with Jackie Mitchell, and she is terrific (as I’m sure you know). She always responds very promptly either by email or phone and is as substantive in her answers as possible. She has a wonderful customer orientation, is friendly but to-the-point, and has tried to set realistic expectations.
