Ben the owner was so kind and helpful. He’s super informative and knows his stuff. The turnaround time was fairly quick from consultation to installation. An entire team of workers came on installation day. They covered all of my furniture and protected my floors. They worked very rapidly and professionally. They got it all done in one day much to my surprise. When they were done installing the windows they cleaned up after themselves and even swept and mopped my floors. I was so impressed. My windows are gorgeous I’m super happy with the quality. I would highly recommend this company for window installation. We received estimates from a few other companies, they all were so much higher and such scam artists. This is a family owned business local business and super reliable and full of integrity.

Hi Ben I wanted to pass along directly to you our thanks for an amazing installation experience for our new windows on April 16, 2019! First let me say that you have an amazing office staff! I interfaced mostly with Jackie Mitchell, and she is terrific (as I’m sure you know). She always responds very promptly either by email or phone and is as substantive in her answers as possible. She has a wonderful customer orientation, is friendly but to-the-point, and has tried to set realistic expectations. I am also very pleased that when an installation date was committed to, it was met. Her communications have always been accurate. I also know that our condo office staff think the world of her too! I only spoke with Victoria a few times and she was also first rate. As our condo project was somewhat large (12 windows and a 3 panel sliding door) we were anticipating a multi-day disruption. However we were thrilled when Jackie told us a large crew were coming out for the installation. In fact, I think 10 people showed up (they were moving so fast it was hard to make an accurate headcount), and I think we had at least 8 installers throughout the install. First off, everyone was smiling, friendly and congenial, and very presentable. And they were amazing. I don’t know how typical it is for you to have such a large crew available for a job such as ours, but it was amazing to watch them work. As they started bringing the windows and tools up to the apartment, other guys were covering everything, furniture and carpets, with plastic, or walling off sections of a room with floor-to-ceiling plastic. Soon the old windows started to come out. They were a very organized swarm, everyone seeming to know how to be most productive and getting right at the tasks at hand. Of course we weren't able to stay in the condo for very long as there wasn’t really a place for us, but we anticipated being absent for most of it. We did pop in a few times just to see how it was progressing, and with a little accompanying music playing they all seemed to be in perpetual motion. And everyone so good natured throughout. Excellent team work! As you probably know they worked a good long day, and completed a job that I thought would take 3-4 days, in a single day. Awesome! I just can’t believe how hard these young men work, and I’m sure they work this hard every day. I’m so impressed. I had likened them to a swarm of ninja warriors, and I want to clarify that I mean that as a compliment. I hope you will pass along to everyone in your organization just how impressed I am with how they operate. You should be very proud of what a great staff you have, top to bottom. I would have to assume it is reflective of what you expect, but I wanted to be sure you knew just how great everyone was! And the results (once all the dust had settled) have exceeded our expectations. The quality of the windows is apparent. The sliding door is like a vault door. It is so quiet in the apartment it’s almost spooky. The level of road noise (A1A) and from the jet skis on the ‘lake’ outside our windows has always been a constant annoyance, as well as dirt and humidity that our 40 year old windows allowed in. Again, all I can say is amazing. And the tinted/coated windows make our view even more amazing. (I think I’ve said amazing 40 times already)! Yours wasn't the lowest estimate I received, but I am glad that I didn’t go the cheapest route. Quality in product and execution is what matters most (at least to me) and you happily exceeded my expectations on all counts. Yours is a first rate company. I’d be happy to be a reference.
