Like any other services establishment the results are based solely upon the person you were working with and providing the service to you. I just want to say that Jennifer and Marina are both wonderful and exceptionable human beings and also exceptional hair stylists and you could not do wrong by using either of them at all. The shop isn't necessarily run as well as it should be in, but it is what it is and if you need a haircut or a style or whatever it is they provide one of those two ladies will take excellent care of you and you will be quite pleased with your results. My 12 year old son and I were here for the first time! He really liked it, it was professional and fast. He shared a photo of his new haircut with all his friends and is going to come here next time.
