Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this company. I paid $1200 for personal training sessions and then Covid hit. Therefore they did not provide the services I paid for. I tried to get my money back and was told no canceling or refunds. They then said training could be done in my home. They wanted to send someone over during the quarantine...how ridiculous, plus I have no gym equipment at my house. It has been over 4 months and still they have not provided the service I paid for. All other businesses have made good during Covid but they won't. Don't use Body wellness for anything. They are rip offs.

I have been a long-time client of Body Wellness, having utilized their services for about 20 years both personally and for my company. In the past, I had the same attorney and accountant as Steven Jobs of Apple and my standards are extremely high when it comes to wellness (Steve and I debated natural health and my conviction was well above his). I have gotten to know many trainers provided by Body Wellness, as well as having gotten to know the owners, Linda and Daniel Alessandro, very well over the years, and can state unequivocally that their integrity, professionalism, quality of service and genuine dedication to serving the wellness needs of the public are impeccable... read full review
