I went to get new glasses with prescriptions. Staff were nice and were very helpful. I couldn't make up my mind of what frame to get so I just asked for prices. Before I left, I asked for the lady who gave me quotes to fix my nose pads that has been slipping. To my amazement, she didn't sit me down but rather just used her hand bending the nose pads. Then she hand me back my eyeglasses with her finger prints all over the glasses. In my experience with other optical shop, they will get a tool to fix the nose pads, check how the eyeglasses seat on my nose and adjust it properly. I am now skeptical in going back to get new pair of glasses.Probably will... read full review

I can’t say enough good things about Boca Opticians. I’ve gotten a couple pair of glasses from them, and have been completely satisfied. But today they went above and beyond! My needlework bifocals accidentally got squished, so I took them to Richard Mandel with very little hope. With utmost care, he managed to straighten the earpiece which was bent at a 90° angle, reinsert the lens, and fix the broken nosepiece. I was amazed! Thank you, Boca Opticians!

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I was in Boca Optics and Dee Frankel was the one that helped me. She took the time to help me with everything I needed. When it comes to buying, it usually takes me a couple days because I can be indecisive. People usually get frustrated with me but NOT Dee I couldn’t of asked for a better person to help me. I tried about 10-15 different lenses on she was very patient and explain the differences to me. I would never go anywhere else but here and everybody in my family will come here as well as all my friends. Words can’t explain on how helpful she was.
