Phyllis and her team did a whole house remodel of an old house for us. They opened up the main which involved structural changes and we are so glad we listened to her recommendations. Her insight and creativity delivered a superior result that we would never have had just hired a general contractor without any design expertise. She was fair with her pricing and her words are golden. She stands behind her product and if there is a snag, she keeps us in the loop. We know that renovations can be bumpy, and we appreciated her honesty she is a good team player. You need her on your team!
We renovated our kitchen and two bathrooms and new flooring in the common areas. Phyllis and her team were create and fairly priced. We loved the design build process. We had a budget and they stuck to it. Having a team that designs and and builds their own product ensured that we would be in budget from start to finish. We were nervous about the process and being overbudget and with their team we felt very relaxed. They set up realistic budgets for our allowances that we could live with.
