Definitely a hard task in the beginning to cut out a lot of my sensitivities. But after several months I noticed improvement in my mood and my energy levels and overall health. It was worth the experience and I have a lot of new knowledge about how to continue to live a healthier lifestyle while also having the flexibility to enjoy the fun things in life.

While I have tried elimination diets in the past to see which foods I am sensitive to, I have never had real success. With the encouragement of my doctor, I did the food sensitivity assessment, and it has changed my life. I've suffered from fibromyalgia symptoms for 7 plus years. By following the recommendations from Patricia at Biotrinetix, I have seen an absolute turnaround in my symptoms.
