Was following Azulyoga / Donna via the periscope app. Mostly to see the beautiful sunrise videos she does everyday at 7am everday from the beach. After a week or so I started doing Yoga and positive affirmations with a focus on Love & Peace. My mind body & spirit are in such a better place these days. What a great feeling every morning & throughout the whole day. A natural High! Thank you!
