We host our websites at Appliedi, have for years. Not only is the owner and key staff extremely knowledgeable, but the support chat is always available, they are looking out for our best interest, and truly happy to help. In today's age of impersonal sign-ups, hosting, and tech services, it feels really good to have them on our team and I can tell you their equipment, backups, efficiency, and redundancy options are top notch. I wish I could surround the company with quality, caring professionals like them for all we do, it's fleeting in this day and age.
Every business has up and down time, they may face many difference challenges, Applied Innovation was no exception, a few weeks a back, their host server was done more than 72 hours. We are one of their "vicitim". However, I am most impressed is their positive attitude facing customer complaints, they did have people answer phone, explain what's happened, offering ETF. This week, I received email from their CEO, explained to us what’s happened, took responsibility and even offer direct line for future communication. This is how should conduct business, for this reason, I give them a FIVE.
