Booked an appointment with Jared. Woke up sick and needed to cancel. Called 5 times the day of to cancel and nobody answered. The Nordstrom operator couldn’t get through either and no one was picking up the phone. Jared called me at the time of my appointment and asked me why I wasn’t there. I explain to him that I was sick and called five times but nobody answered and he didn’t have anything to say about that. He said I noticed you booked now on November 25 and then he told me they don’t normally reschedule for someone that’s canceled. What the heck happened with Nordstrom’s? Booked an appointment to have my brows done and woke up the morning of and didn't feel well. Called 4 times in the morning after they opened to cancel and nobody ever picked up the phone. Operators at Nordstrom didn't know why they weren't answering. I got a call from Jared at the time of my appointment asking me why I needed to cancel. He was obviously pissed with an attitude. He advised me that I am not allowed to cancel within 24 hours on the website but did not answer why nobody picks up the phone at Anastasia. what happened to Nordstrom's? Sounds like it's all going downhill. They used to have the best customer service. Now you have people with attitudes asking you why you had to cancel. Should I have gotten a doctors note to give to Jared? I will not ever be using their service again. Jared needs an adjustment by Nordstrom's or you're going to lose a lot of people.

I have been getting my eyebrows done at Anastasia Brow Studio for a long time. I've gone to a few locations around the area but I've been going to the location at Nordstrom in Boca Town Center because of Jared, who does a fantastic job with my brows. He's friendly and personable and I highly recommend his services. He's very knowledgeable and in addition he also is a makeup artist. Making an appointment is super easy, you go online to the website and they will confirm your appointment with an email and text.
