Always provide excellent service and superb craftsmanship. Their seamstresses know what they are doing. I altered several items there and always trust their judgement and work. The last item, a little black Givenchy dress, came out perfectly as always. Thank you and highly recommend.

I always have a good experience when getting my clothes altered at this Nordstrom. I have even made a special request where they alter my clothes the same day because I don't live that close to the store. They are not always able to accommodate this request but they do try their best and usually do this for me. I find their rates reasonable, especially because my first $100 of alterations are free per year, well pretty much free. A perk of having the Nordstrom credit card is that you get at least $100 worth of alterations per year. The amount depends on your level of card membership.
