I wanted an RGF UV light for a PTAC unit and couldn't find one anywhere! I ordered from AirStar supply and was extremely pleased. They shipped it on the same day and it arrived quickly. The price of the item was great. I am sure my HVAC contractor would have charged double or triple what it cost. I installed it myself in about 30 minutes. By the way it works GREAT. Within 24 hours my home gym smells like a clean pure rain forest. Thank you!
I ordered a product. Said it would take 9 to 10
days. Okay great. Then they said it was in transit.They said it would be there a couple of days. Still haven’t gotten it. They say they don’t have help. People leaving. I know how it is. But to say it’s on it way. I’m bummed out. I do know what you are going through. Just keep it going. I just let you know. I have 3 extra blankets now. I only needed I only needed 1. Now what. At least I’m honest
I placed an order on a Thursday. Unfortunately I didn't hear anything for a week. However, when I called, they answered promptly (on 2 separate calls) and it turned out to be my error on the online order. Once I replaced order (again on Thursday, one week later) it was delivered the following Monday. Florida to Arizona.. Greg, who i spoke to on the phone even sent me an email when they got my correct order and gave me an update. Kudos to Greg for great customer service and Airstar. Especially for a small order. Installed Amrad capacitor and Tes5..working great!
