I placed an order on a Thursday. Unfortunately I didn't hear anything for a week. However, when I called, they answered promptly (on 2 separate calls) and it turned out to be my error on the online order. Once I replaced order (again on Thursday, one week later) it was delivered the following Monday. Florida to Arizona.. Greg, who i spoke to on the phone even sent me an email when they got my correct order and gave me an update. Kudos to Greg for great customer service and Airstar. Especially for a small order. Installed Amrad capacitor and Tes5..working great!

Customer service was responsive when my colleague reached out to them about a missing parcel with that was marked 'Delivered' by FedEx. They quickly contacted their FedEx rep and the package showed up the next morning.Tip: You assume responsibility for the parcel once they hand it off to FedEx/UPS/etc, so before you hit "Place Order" on the website you may want to write down in their Notes section: "Signature Confirmation Required" so that the carrier doesn't end up leaving the package where anyone (or driver) can steal it.We weren't aware this option was even available since the website doesn't have provide an option for... read full review
