I can’t fully express the positive impact this place has made on my personal life and career. I have a very challenging type of hearing loss and a job where good hearing is critical. I’ve spent years struggling until I started working with Matthew in the Boca location. The level of service and genuine passion to help has proved to make such a bigger impact than any particular hearing aids by themselves. The programming and service is what makes the difference. EXCELLENT CAREI am a first-time user of hearing aids and can't say enough about the team at Active Life Hearing (Boca Raton)! Just super service from initiating my first appointment (which included a comprehensive hearing test by Matthew Kassem), extensive choice in hearing aids, full disclosure of costs and what is included, and the all-important follow-up visits.I'm 79 years old, a research scientist and it was immediately apparent that Matthew was a well-trained expert.
