we needed flood lights installed above walk up outside stairs - called them Friday and planned for visit Monday- the estimator (Paul) was knowledgeable, pleasant,professional and efficient- his advice was perfect and price was fair so approved the work! Unlike some he said a down payment was not necessary and then confirmed he could get an installer immediately - Only a short while later the installation had been completed- fantastic service and exactly as promised ( daylight at nighttime)!Probably deleted the invoice they emailed so called customer service and again Terry understood and 5 minutes later have the invoice for our records.This is a first class professional...read full review

My ac stopped working and called them and was told they would come out between 3:00 and 5:00. I received a call just after 1:00 and was asked if they can head over. Chris Jones the general manager came himself within 20 minutes. He tested it to find out my fan went bad, by the way it was a carrier. He called them and went to pick up the new fan and it was within 4 days of the warranty about to expire. He was back and had replaced by 4:00. 2 days later I heard a noise from the air handler where the fan is and I sent him a video and he called me and came over within 20 minutes.
