My daughter has been taking piano lessons with Ms. Marcy for 7 years! Under Ms. Marcy’s guidance she has become a wonderful pianist and her love for piano is still growing! Ms Marcy gives individualized lessons and tailors everything to the student. She is patient and encouraging and has an amazing knowledge base. She is always flexible with our sometimes unpredictable schedules. She also has a wonderful way of teaching music theory to the kids! My daughter has been participating in several international competitions and been able to place in the top 3 every time. We have been taking all piano lessons online via Zoom since the pandemic and because we live across the state and it has worked out beautifully. We highly recommend Ms. Marcy!
Marcy is an amazing piano instructor! Our son has been playing piano with Marcy since December 2015. When he started he wouldn't even sit on the piano bench! Within one week, Marcy had him playing scales and entry level pieces. Within one month, he was playing Mozart! Words honestly cannot describe what piano has done in the life of our son. He identifies as a piano player. He loves playing piano. He is proud of his accomplishments and strives to constantly improve. Without a doubt, Marcy is a skilled piano instructor that can take children of all ages and help them excel in music performance and music theory.
