Allen, the owner of 55 Towing, was the only bright spot on a really terrible day. My EV suddenly lost all charge and was dead. Allen arrived quickly and was extremely careful and professional. He was able to put it on his flat bed truck protecting the tires, the frame, and the drive train. He was INCREDIBLY patient, towed the car to the service center, and gently dropped it off. The whole car experience was a mess but Allen really saved the day, protected the car, and prevented any damage. Thank you VERY MUCH for your professionalism, great attitude, and kindness!
