The office was clean. The employees are happy and friendly. The vet was good. She got on the floor with my 2 fur babies. They were great with options of services and cost, loved this. The tech was great with them. My only complaint is the the vet left it to the tech to give my babies their shots. We left happy until it was not ok. They cried out in pain if I touched their bottoms, went to help then into bed or up the ramp to the sofa. They were limping and in a lot of pain. They are finally getting better today, but it was a scary weekend with my babies not able to walk and run and being in pain. They did not want to eat or be loved on. They cried. This broke my heart. This is the first time we have experienced this. Sad to say that I will no longer bring them back. But they are my priority. Thank you.
I had a wonderful experience here. The spa was very clean and relaxing and I felt so special. My massage therapist, Rick truly has healing hands. I came in with severe neck and shoulder pain, and he knew exactly how to release the tension and bring relief. His technique, professionalism, and calming energy made the entire session perfect. I walked out feeling like a brand-new person.
