Owner and his son were incredibly kind and helpful, They were quick and efficient and professional and put that special touch on delivery you don’t get with big companies. Mattress is AMAZING. 10/10
We had such a positive experience buying a mattress here!! Rob was fantastic. The customer service was amazing, he was so patient and knowledgeable helping us find the perfect mattress for our new home. We knew delivery was going to take a little longer ordering from a small business than if we had gone with a large company but as soon as it came in and we gave Rob the green light he hand delivered it to us (he even did it after hours because my girlfriend and I both have some crazy schedules so I unfortunately can’t say we made it easy for him). Rob was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable. He made sure to thoroughly do the “three bears” test. Just ask him about it, lol.
Made sure to help us pick a bed that would fit our support and needs. Answered all our questions and we are overall satisfied with our purchase.
