We were HOT when Thomas arrived. Steaming hot. But. With his professionalism and quick, great service- we had cooled considerably before he left. 10/10 stars quick and affordable
Both Andrew and his trainee were pleasant, professional, arrived on time, and left no mess. Andrew eagerly explained what the problem was and reassured me it was resolved! I highly recommend Beacon!
We have used Beacon Service & Appliances in the past. They were excellent the last time and they are excellent this time. Dave, our Technical repair specialist was right on time and had the issue diagnosed very quickly. The part thar was needed, had to be ordered, which he did while on the initial call. He will install the new part as soon as it comes in. He is absolutely outstanding. We are so very happy that we have found a company and person we can call for repairs and we are confident that we will get outstanding service at a reasonable price.
