Called Angelic Air around 4 PM, they said a tech would be calling shortly, 4:20ish, Giovanni called, he was 10 minutes out. We were frozen, motor in air handler went out, 81 in the house, thermostat was on 76. Giovanni knew immediately what to do, unfortunately, the shaft of the bad motor was rusted to the fan motor housing…. Giovanni, pinged Mark, the GM who came with a tool to remove the motor….
