From my first experience with Shawn, who was coming out to provide my estimate, I was impressed with their dedication to customer service and communication with the client. The estimate was close to a competitor's but the difference in customer service was night and day. I was given a date and time for the installation, and the crew was there in time and done within the time I was told. The workmanship was excellent and after the crew left, you could not tell work had been done at the house as they cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend Hill's to anyone who values excellent work at reasonable prices with the emphasis on customer service and satisfaction.
