I've used Chad's Water Works for two different bathroom remodel projects and Josh was excellent! He is professional, prompt, and courteous. He does a great job, tests everything and cleans up after his work is done! You couldn't ask for a better plumber 👍

Through a friend, I was given Chad's as a referral. The first person I spoke to, Cody, told me I needed to speak to Kate to make an appointment. I called but she wasn't available but she returned my call the same day. I did not make an appointment as I was collecting quotes but she gave me all the details I needed to make a decision. I anticipated the work to be around $400. Another company had given me a quote for nearly $900 - with the discount if I become a member for $100! That's not what I needed I just needed a repair.
