Trent did an excellent job of finding and repairing my leak, which was in a very hard to reach place under the tub. He had to access the area from a storage space under the stairs. After breaking up the concrete from the outside edge of the tub to where the leak was underneath, he had to reach so far to repair it that the top of his arm was scratched up. When a plumber I’ve used before didn’t want to do the repair because Trent told him where it was and it was difficult, Trent offered to stay and do it for a reasonable price. Trent from Above and Beyond is EXCELLENT. He replied promptly, came out quickly, and helped our family with a very stressful situation. His report was thorough and informative and gave insurance what they needed. He was also able to refer a mold mitigation specialist, who was equally fantastic to work with and shows how high quality Trent is. His pricing was fair for his expert work, and he has helped me with several other small issues. I hope to never need a leak detection expert again but if I do, Trent will be the ONLY one I use.
