These ladies are wonderful. My pet is a nervous guy and these gals did a super great job with him. I told them on the phone that he was known to be super scared and would most likely need a muzzle, but with their experience they ended up not even needing to muzzle him. Obviously they know their craft. He's only been groomed 6 times before with a different groomer and I brought his grooming muzzle each time, due to my concern/ignorance they used it. I'm so happy that I've found a place that knows dogs so well, he's comfortable with, so much that they knew they didn't even need that scary muzzle. Thank you Happy Pets!

The owners/staff are very rude but do a great job w my dogs. It's like having a wonderful orthopedic surgeon with terrible bedside manner; you have to decide if you're more worried about your feelings or the end result.
We were seeking a professional groomer to trim our two dogs' nails. Since our dogs are our spoiled babies we are guarded with who we entrust their care. Our vet changed hands, nail trims were hit or miss reviews lead us to Happy Pets.
If the nail trims went well, I intended to bring in my purebred Corgi, who has never received a comprehensive grooming session. His double coat sheds extensively. I was apprehensive that the groomer might shave him instead of using scissors. Happy Pets DID do cuts, their response time to my call was timely and our concerns were diminished.
